Richard M. Darer has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since April 2006 and as a Senior Vice President since April 2008. From 2002 to March 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer of Unica Corporation, a supplier of marketing management software. From 1998 to 2001, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Modus Media International, Inc., a provider of outsourced supply chain management solutions. Mr. Darer received an M.B.A. from Harvard University, an M.S. from Northeastern University and a B.S. from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
